For international travel to the US: International travel arrangements will be made by Susan McGonagle at the Travel Collaborative. Conference participants should email Susan directly; we cannot make these arrangements for you. Click here to fill out the questionnaire and for Susan's contact information.
For travel within the United States: Domestic travel arrangements will be made by the Du Bois Institute Events Office. Click here to fill out the questionnaire and for the Events Office’s contact information.
Note about weather for international travelers: Cambridge is generally very cold in late January, so you’ll want to be prepared. Temperatures generally range from –6 to 2 degrees Celsius (22 to 36 degrees Fahrenheit). Although it may not snow during your visit, there will likely be some snow on the ground. We suggest you bring clothing that can be layered, a warm coat, gloves, hat, scarf, heavy socks, and sturdy, waterproof shoes with heavy soles.
For questions about the conference that are not related to travel and accommodations, contact Abby Wolf, Special Projects, at wolf@fas.harvard.edu or (617-495-1798).
